Conference prices have been reduced!

    • $75 for members
    • $65 for retiree/student members
    • $100 for non-members
  • Workshops
    • $45 for members
    • $40 retiree/student members
    • $50 for non-members.

Additionally, membership dues must be paid prior to registering for the Conference to register at the member rate. Please note, CLTA will not refund the difference for those who register at the non-member rate and then later join CLTA. CLTA membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The conference this year will be virtual.

There will be 30-minute pre-recorded interest sessions that you will be able to view at your leisure through July 31 and 3-hour live zoomed workshops. New events for this year are four TOY Talks by CLTA and ACTFL Teachers of the Year: Iman Hashem, Christine Lanphere, Ying Jin and Carissa Adams Fletcher. And a special Video Speech Competition for your students.

Friday evening at Welcome, Meet & Connect event sponsored by Vista Higher Learning you will:

  • Meet the new CLTA Executive Director
  • Hear from the 2021 CLTA Teacher of the Year, Ryan Bossun, who will represent CLTA at the SWCOLT Competition in March
  • Have a chance to win a free Conference registration with meals to the 2022 Conference in Sacramento

Saturday afternoon, we invite you to join us for Intergenerational Voices where you will:

  • Hear from both students and colleagues about the way they have dealt with learning during a pandemic. CLTA has created a video contest for students to explain how they have adapted to learning a language during a pandemic.  READ MORE
