DEADLINE to Submit Exhibitor Proposals

We are excited that your company has chosen to participate in annual conference in Monterey! Your support of CLTA is a service to California Language teachers vital to the health of our organization. Here is some information you will need for our conference. 

All  exhibitor events take place in the Regency Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Monterey. The exhibit dates are March 8 & 9. We are expecting 700 world language elementary, secondary and postsecondary educators from all over California. 

Tricord Tradeshow Services, the CLTA decorator for the 2024 Conference, will be setting up booths on Thursday morning, March 7.  They will also be on-site on Friday if you need to add tables or other equipment.  

The Hyatt Regency has set-up a site if you wish to add WIFI, electricity or other technical accessories for your booth. Click HERE

You and your colleagues should be able to start setting up your booth by 1:00 pm on Thursday.  You can also come on Friday morning at 7:00 am to set up your booth.  Mónica García, the CLTA Exhibits Chair, will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.

During the Conference, the Exhibit Hall will be open to participants on Friday, March 8 from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday, March 9 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  The Gala Exhibits Opening is on Friday from 3:00 – 5:00 pm.  CLTA has also planned a Coffee Break on Saturday morning.
