CLTA is accepting workshop & interest session proposals for the 2022 Conference
On behalf of the Conference Committee, I’m writing to ask you to consider presenting a workshop or an interest session at the upcoming Conference in Sacramento. The conference dates are February 24-27. The theme of the conference is Teach Locally, Act Globally: A Framework for Social Justice, Global Competencies, Interculturality and Equality.
CLTA expects this year’s conference to be in-person. However, we will continue to monitor the conditions in California and follow all CDC and California Department of Public Health COVID protocols. We are working with the DoubleTree Sacramento in order to ensure all participants’ health and safety at the conference. More information will follow as we get closer to the conference.
If you are willing to present, we are asking that you submit the proposal as soon as possible. All proposals must be submitted electronically. Submit a proposal. Proposals should address some aspect of the CA World Languages Standards and/or Framework.
Priority submission deadline is October 1, 2021
If you have any questions, send an email to Paula Hirsch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
