            Anticipated attendance:         500-600 California foreign language teachers representing elementary, middle and high, colleges and universities.

 

EXHIBIT FEATURES

Booths:          Booths include piping, drape, table, chair, sign.  All booths are 8×10”.                                               Security will be provided when exhibits are closed.  (Additional display

needs may be obtained through American Exposition Services.)

* See fees of booths on Contract.  These prices are in effect until

                        January 10, 2013.  Add $100 per booth for reservation and/or payment

after that date.

Tentative Schedule:               

            Set up                          Thursday, February 28          After 1:00 p.m.

                                                Friday, March 1                     7:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

 

            Exhibits open              Friday, March 1                     11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

                                                Saturday, March 2                8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

 

In order to increase the traffic through the exhibits throughout the conference specific times are scheduled in the program for exhibit viewing.  Door prizes will be announced and awarded in the exhibit area.  The Gala Opening will also be held in the Exhibit Hall.  The first exhibit break on Saturday will be a 60-minute break.  A coffee and muffin break sponsored by exhibitors will be held in the Exhibit Hall

 

Proposals for Exhibitor sessions during the first and third session times on Saturday must be submitted by September 30, 2012.  Form is online at CLTA.net/conference.

 

SPECIAL SPONSOR/PUBLIC RELATIONS OPPORTUNITIES

Your company may wish to help sponsor an event, such as a reception or coffee break.   Your sponsorship will be listed in the Conference Program..  Please indicate your sponsorship and return the sponsorship form.

 

CLTA respectfully requests that exhibiting companies refrain from sponsoring activities during exhibit hall hours unless they are held in the exhibit hall.
