Anticipated attendance: 500-600 California foreign language teachers representing elementary, middle and high, colleges and universities.
Booths: Booths include piping, drape, table, chair, sign. All booths are 8×10”. Security will be provided when exhibits are closed. (Additional display needs may be obtained through American Exposition Services.)

In order to increase the traffic through the exhibits throughout the conference specific times are scheduled in the program for exhibit viewing. Door prizes will be announced and awarded in the exhibit area. The Gala Opening will also be held in the Exhibit Hall. The first exhibit break on Saturday will be a 60-minute break. A coffee and muffin break sponsored by exhibitors will be held in the Exhibit Hall

Your company may wish to help sponsor an event, such as a reception or coffee break. Your sponsorship will be listed in the Conference Program.. Please indicate your sponsorship and return the sponsorship form.
