We are excited that your company has chosen to participate in annual CLTA conference in San Diego! Your support of CLTA is a service to California Language teachers vital to the health of our organization. Here is some information you will need for our conference.
NEW THIS YEAR: The DoubleTree San Diego Mission Valley requires all exhibitors to have general liability insurance and to indemnify the hotel and CLTA. The Hotel is not asking for any specific amount of liability insurance that a company must have. If your company does not normally carry liability insurance, there are insurance providers that sell policies for a single event. We found three companies seem reasonable. Eventsured is the least expensive. There may be other companies that could be cheaper and just as good.

All exhibitor events take place in the Great Room at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Mission Valley. The exhibit dates are March 7 & 8. We are expecting 700 world language elementary, secondary and postsecondary educators from all over California and beyond.
TriCord is the CLTA decorator for the 2025 Conference and will be setting up booths on Thursday morning, March 6. They will also be on-site on Friday if you need to add tables or other equipment.
You and your colleagues should be able to start setting up your booth by 1:00 pm on Thursday. You can also come on Friday morning at 7:00 am to set up your booth. Mónica García, the CLTA Exhibits Chair, will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
During the Conference, the Exhibit Hall will be open to participants on Friday, March 7 from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday, March 8 from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. The Gala Exhibits Opening is on Friday from 3:45 – 5:00 pm. CLTA has also planned a Coffee Break on Saturday morning and a Snack Break on Saturday afternoon.
