Exhibitor Information

We are excited that your company has chosen to participate in our first in-person conference since the COVID began! Your support of CLTA is a service to California Language teachers vital to the health of our organization. Here is some information you will need for our conference. 

All exhibitor events take place in the Charter Oak Ballroom at the Visalia Convention Center. The exhibit dates are March 17 & 18. We are expecting 450 world language elementary, secondary and postsecondary educators from all over California.

Tricord Tradeshow Services, the CLTA decorator for the 2023 Conference, will be setting up booths on Thursday morning, March 16.  They will also be on site on Friday if you need to add tables or other equipment.  

If you wish to purchase WIFI for your booth, you will need to go to the administrative window.  You can purchase WIFI for Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday at $13 per day per connection for 5 Mbps. The Convention Center accepts cash, debit cards and all credit cards except American Express.  Note: if you pay with cash, it must be the exact amount.  

You and your colleagues should be able to start setting up your booth by 1:00 pm on Thursday.  You can also come on Friday morning at 7:00 am to set up your booth.  Mónica García, the CLTA Exhibits Chair, will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.

During the Conference, the Exhibit Hall will be open to participants on Friday, March 17 from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday, March 18 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.  The Gala Exhibits Opening is on Friday from 3:00 – 4:30 pm.  CLTA has also planned a Coffee Break on Saturday morning.

CLTA will comply with State and Local Health guidelines and recommendations at the time of the event. We recommend that you plan to show proof of vaccination and to wear a mask while indoors.

Basic Exhibitor Package: $350 if purchased by Nov. 30, 2022  (There is a $25 increase on Dec. 1, 2022, and again on Feb, 16, 2023)

Premium Exhibitor Package: $475 if purchased by Nov. 30, 2022  (There is a $25 increase on Dec. 1, 2022, and again on Feb. 16, 2023)

  • Includes up to 4 representatives
  • Prime location near the Exhibit Hall Entrance 
  • The ability to present at the conference
  • Extra Booths may be purchased 
Exhibitors may set up their booths after 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 16, 2023.  

The Exhibit Hall will be open to participants on Friday, March 17 from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday, March 18 from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.  The Gala Opening of Exhibits is on Friday from 3:00 – 4:30 pm.  Note: CLTA offers both basic and premium booths. All booths are 8’ X 10’ and include piping, a table, two chairs, a sign and a waste basket.

Note that CLTA will follow the CDC & Tulare County recommendations for mask wearing.
